Spearfishing
The Spearfishing Course is not only the most sought after course, but also the one that most have the most questions about. Typically the questions are in line with "Do you think I need it? I have already been spearfishing X number of years" or "What do you typically learn in this class and is it for beginners?"
The FII Spearfishing Course is considered the gold standard of spearfishing. This class was designed by world renowned spearfishers and freedivers John Dornellas, Cameron Kirkconnell, and Martin Stepanek. This lead to the development of the most extensive resource ever created about the sport of spearfishing.

This class is typically taught as a two day course due to water conditions but can be taught in one long day. There is no real depth in this course. In fact, it can be taught in a 12ft pool. If there is the option of spearfishing after the course, please note that the max depth allowed for that is of the max depth of your highest certification. If you are a level 1 diver, that is 20m. Level 2 divers are allowed up to 40m. Level 3 has unlimited depth options, but there isn't a need to dive past 40m for spearfishing.

Please reach out with any questions or concerns before signing up for this course. Level 1 is a pre-requisite.
